The happy villager from theni

The happy villager from theni

Once upon a time in a global village Chennai, there lived a person by name Vaibav who was always happy, victorious, and well disposed to everyone he met. Vaibav always stayed in limelight and had a kind and encouraging word to say whenever necessary. Everyone who met him left feeling motivated and elated. People knew they could count on him, and regarded him as a great friend.
Chinna (who hailed from village theni to make bread for life in Chennai) was curious to know what his secret was, how could he be always so victorious and shine ? Also how he has so much of time for others in this stint?
Point of intersection of both of the above characters met @ vm street, Chinna asked him: "Most people are selfish and complex. They do not share things as often as you do; neither are they as helpful or kind as you are. How do you explain it?"
Vaibav replied with a smile, "When you make believe in yourself, if you can recognize the spirit in yourself, you can recognize the spirit in everyone”.
“The outer mask of the personality is like a robot programmed to do certain tasks. Your habits and thoughts are the programs. Be free from these programming and then the inner good that resides in you will be revealed."
“Make pact with yourself first, world will be your oyster” Vaibav quoted.
"But a lot of work is necessary crucial thoughts have to be developed. The ability to concentrate and to control the thoughts has to be strengthened. The work is difficult and endless. There are many walls that need to be to climbed. It is not an easy task." Chinna Lamented
Vaibav replied "Do not think about the difficulties, think them as opportunities”
All the abilities and powers awaken spontaneously. You do not work on them directly. They are by-products of your peace of mind. Just try to be calm and do not let yourself be carried away by your thoughts."
"Is that all?" chinna asked.
"Try to watch your thoughts and see how they come and go. Stay in the quietness that arises. When you realize that you are one with the Universal Power, you begin to act from a different dimension.
"I will try to remember your words," said the chinna and continued, "there is another thing that I am curious about. You do not seem to be influenced by the environment. You have a kind word to everyone and are helpful. Yet people do not exploit your goodness, and they treat you well."
"Goodness and being kind do not necessarily point to weakness. When you are good you can also be strong. People sense your strength and do not impose on you. When you are strong and calm inside, you help people because you can and you want to. You then act from strength and not from weakness. Goodness can also go with power and strength, it is not a sign of weakness as some people erroneously think."
"Thank you very much for your advice", said the chinna and went away happy and satisfied.

India thrashes kangaroos ;)

hi fellas, proud moment this for we indians as out cricket team beats aussies 2-0 .here's some statistics for you all. It's only the third time India have won all Tests in a series of two or more Tests (excluding series against Bangladesh and Zimbabwe). Their two earlier wins both came in the 1990s, when they achieved 3-0 margins against England (1992-93) and Sri Lanka (1993-94).

The last time Australia lost all the matches of a series was in 1982 in Pakistan, when they lost in Karachi (nine wickets), Faisalabad (innings and three runs) and Lahore (nine wickets).

It's also the first time Australia have lost three Tests in a row since November-December 1988, when they lost to West Indies in Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne
Man of the Match and the Man of the Series is Sachin Tendulkar, He has crossed 50 in his last ten games .as well as Test hundred no 49. 6th double ton.

M.Vijay scores Maiden hundred and Pujara a maiden fifty.
The unbeaten 268 run stand between Vijay and Tendulkar is the fourth highest for the third wicket against Australia and the third highest for India against any side."
Cant believe these ICC rankings. SL is at 3 without winning a Test in three top countries and India is at 1 without a series win in three.Sachin is closing in Jack Hobb's average of 56.94, and is chasing Gary Sobers' 57.78. Not to forget he has scored over 1200 runs @ 100+ average in 2010."

Payanangal mudivathillai ( Never ending journey)

Payanangal mudivathillai ( Never ending journey)

Hey fellas , it brings immense pleasure to come back to all of u from bottom of my heart to share the experience of travelling in local bus -Public transport system ( managara perundu – in tamil) named by our chief minister saab.

“Oohhh” is the feelings , gods never showed mercy to me , time again I keeping running to bus stop which is about a half a kilometer away from my den.

Morning 9:10 am

Morning 9.10 am when I wear my coolers and get ready to kick start from my home to a twenty five feet distant aunt’s place to park my machine and walk towards bus stop.

Morning 9:20

It’s a metal ceiling with four seaters beneath to sit and there also exists a cement roofed one next to the new bus stop at YELLOW PAGES bus stop.
Around 20-25 ppl gathers here at the same time waiting for almost all the six, seven busses bypassing the stop. Most of them in the age limit of 20 – 28 men, working women.

Morning 9:25

Humid temp, dirty, sweaty desi aroma fills the air , a sigh of relief I get when I see the rushy bus jerks itself into mean bay, fully jam packed ppl rushing out of entry door and getting in exit door as an usual practice.

I land myself in a small corner and pass my bag to a stranger to make my self lil comfortable.
The bus stands with a vroooom and releases a hell a lot of smoke and makes remaining ppl in bus-stand black dolls ;)
The bumpy roads of Chennai makes the journey a amazon ride with hits , jumps, bumps , pushes ( as far I guess the regular crowd has become insensitive for all these jerks)

Finally i’m handed over a ticket of 4.50 rupees ( rounded off to 5 rupees cash outflow). Here only the twist happens – for one person 50paise *100 passengers average*12(6 round trips)* 30 days = 18000 rupees ( 2.16 lakhs per annum)
Possibility of conductors looting 2.16 lakhs of public money !!! (Worst part is they don give change but they scold instead)
Note : if in this single bus going a particular route has scope for so much looting , ppl think the no of busses and bus routes in Tamilnadu !!! Amazing

Morning 9:50

Finally a gush of relief passes my spine as the time has come that I will de-board, I jus stood up went near the door , loud siren of whistle blowed followed by senior citizens and others offer a murmuring sound as the bus lands itself into a bus bay near udayam theatre . here again I ve to catch share auto to reach my destination.

Morning 9:57 am

Though the journey is pretty small about 35 mins It has given me a wonderful experience which I could never forget.

Moral of the journey:
Yellow pages  udayam rs 5
Udayam  kasi theatre rs 5
Kasi theatre  udayam rs 5
Udayam yellow pages rs 5
+ tired ness +body pain
So I felt its better to travel in bike ;) where I had another experience which I will share later with you all.
Thank you for reading, please give your comments.

Cartoon

hi dears,                                                                                                                          02 august 2010
im not that extremenly happy now ,
but what made me join here is by itself a big story , to write a letter i struggle a lot and takes advice and vetting of my dear friends, but by now i understand life s a "CARTOON "
we emote ourselves according to moods, as communication which itself holds 75/25 to para language and voice and other means,

Expression implies a revelation about the characteristics of a person, a message about something internal to the ex presser . In the context of the face and nonverbal communication, expression usually implies a change of a visual mediun w r t inner emotions .
i will categorize this into sevaral parts -to start off with -
Eyes - two black diamonds - as i perceive
which reflects most of the inner thoughts as a reflex , its the mirror of heart and soul
“Making little eye contact can say that the other person doesn’t like you”
When someone talks to you, do they look directly at you or look away? Maintaining eye contact when talking (or listening) to someone gives an impression that you/they are confident and honest. Making little eye contact can say that the other person doesn’t like you, is nervous or shy, or perhaps believe that they are higher in status and think that eye contact isn’t necessary.
